Candles should never be left unattended while burning.

Sattvya shall not be liable for damage, injury or loss arising from improper candle use.

10. Planters & Ceramic Products

Ceramic products are inherently fragile.

Customers should exercise reasonable care during handling, transportation, planting and cleaning.

Sattvya shall not be responsible for accidental breakage occurring after delivery.

11. Copper, Brass & Wooden Products

Copper, brass and wooden products require periodic maintenance.

Natural oxidation, tarnishing, patina development, colour change and environmental effects are expected characteristics of genuine materials.

These changes do not constitute manufacturing defects.

12. Corporate & Bulk Orders

Bulk, wholesale and corporate gifting orders may be governed by separate quotations, purchase orders or commercial agreements.

Where any conflict exists between this Legal Notice and a separately executed agreement, the terms of the executed agreement shall prevail for that transaction.

Customers are encouraged to approve samples before placing large-volume orders.
